GOODS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN OF UNWANTED GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

1.1 If you are not completely happy with any items from your order, you may return them to us within 30 days from the date of their receipt (subject to the conditions below).

The date on the document issued by delivery service is the proof of the date of dispatch of the returned Goods. A screenshot of this document must be sent to our WhatsApp support service at +90 545 577 6893 or by email to office@bunglyboo.com 

1.2. Your right to return is valid only in relation to the Goods in their original condition: items must be in the same condition as they were received by you with all original packaging, garment tags, and labels still attached and showing no signs of wear. The original packaging that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition.

We do not accept items that have been damaged or not in original state and/or with damaged packing. Re-delivery of not accepted Goods is carried out at the Buyer`s expense after paying for the delivery.

1.3. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of personal care products (protective masks, hair clips, hair bands, and similar products), undergarments, swimwear, hosiery.

1.4. The transfer of funds for the Goods accepted for return is carried out only after the receipt of the Goods by the Seller.

1.5. We will refund you only the cost of the returned Goods, the costs for the delivery of the returned goods, including packaging, taxes, customs fees and duties, are non-refundable.

2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS

2.1. If, in your opinion, the Product isn`t quite right, you should immediately contact us via the feedback form on the website or by e-mail office@bunglyboo.com (indicate in the subject line: ORDER No., product name / defect). Please provide us with as much information as possible about the Product and the detected defect, attach a photo / video of the Product, defect and tags / labels. We will review your claim and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a compensation.

2.2. Defects of the Goods that have arisen due to mechanical damage or as a result of violation of the recommendations for care are not a manufacturing defect. The cost of the Goods in this case is not refundable. Please check caring instructions on all goods before handling.



3. RETURN PROCEDURE

To return the Goods, you must:

1. Write to our support team on WhatsApp at +90 545 577 6893 or email office@bunglyboo.com

2. Fill out the application at the link , send the parcel to our address, following the instructions that our support team will provide to you.

3. Send a screenshot of the receipt for shipping the Goods to WhatsApp at +90 545 577 6893 or by e-mail office@bunglyboo.com

3.2. Until the parcel is delivered to us, the responsibility for the Goods remains with you. We will not be able to process your return if the package with the Product is lost by the carrier. Therefore, keep the postal receipt confirming the dispatch of the Goods until we confirm receipt of the parcel. The postal receipt is also a confirmation of the date the Goods were dispatched.

3.3. We do not exchange goods. Refunds for returned items will be made once they have been received and inspected by us. Need a different size or color for the Product? Just place a new order! To avoid disappointment, we advise you to place a new order for any Products you wish to purchase as a replacement and request a refund for your return, as the products you desire may be sold out in the time it takes to receive your return. We cannot store items and cannot guarantee availability until your return is received.



4. REFUND FOR UNDELIVERED GOODS

If the package is not delivered to you on time, please contact our support team on WhatsApp at +90 545 577 6893 or by e-mail office@bunglyboo.com. After receiving your message, we send an application to the postal service to search for the parcel. The term for consideration of applications by the postal service for the search for international items is up to 3 months. But generally, the answer comes within a month. After confirmation by the postal service that the package is lost, we will be able to issue a refund to you.



5. HOW DO I GET MY REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM?

Returns are processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the Goods. After the Product has been accepted for return in accordance with our terms and conditions, the paid funds will be transferred to the account indicated in your application, which may take up to 7 working days.

Please note that if the Product was returned to us in violation of the return policy or was sent back after the deadline has expired, your return may not be accepted.
