14 DAYSIf you are not satisfied with the size, color or style of the received order, you can return it within 14 days.
Can’t be returned: underwear, socks and bathing accessories. Worn and laundered items are not accepted for return, except in cases of revealing a hidden defect.
HOW TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
1. Fill out an application or write by hand according to the sample.
2. Attach a signed statement to the returned product. The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, all internal tags must be kept.
3. For refunding your money follow one of the methods below.

We will refund your money within 10 business days after the manufacturer receives the returned product and application.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?
If the return is connected with item’s defects found after wearing or washing and saleable condition is gone or if there are any mistakes in contains of delivered package, please, send us a completed application to firstname.lastname@example.org. Within 3 business days our manager will contact you to solve the problem.
To take back the shipping costs for defective product (or wrongly completed order) please write the sum in the application line «Shipping costs» and confirm it with a check or receipt enclosed in the package with the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse the shipping costs refund if the application is incorrect or there are no documents confirming the cost of delivery.
If the return is not connected with the item’s defect or wrongly completed order, the shipping costs are not compensated.
CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED?
We do not replace the product with different price, except you received an item that you did not order.
RULES FOR REFUNDING
Cash refunds are not allowed for card payments. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems. The procedure for returning goods is regulated by article 26.1 of the Federal law "on consumer protection".
The consumer has the right to refuse the product at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the product - within seven days.
The return of a product of good quality is possible if its commercial appearance, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved.
The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality that has individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the person purchasing it.
If the consumer refuses the product, the seller must return the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned product from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date of presentation by the consumer of the corresponding claim.
To return money to the Bank card, you must fill out the "Application for refund", which is sent by the company to the email address on request and send it along with a copy of your passport to the address email@example.com.
The refund will be made to the Bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Application for refund" by the company.
To return funds for transactions made with errors, you must submit a written application and attach a copy of your passport and receipts confirming the erroneous debiting. This application must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for processing the Application and returning funds begins to be calculated from the moment The company receives the Application and is calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends.
